ValaRae is a design engineer and project manager for drinking water, wastewater, and biosolids projects across the US. Through her work, she provide stechnical and programmatic solutions surrounding water, climate change and equity that meet the needs of her clients and global community. In addition to her work as an engineer, ValaRae helps create inclusive spaces for individuals and organizations to thrive. Whether it is creating and leading employee resource groups or educating executives on best practices, she is skilled at creating positive, lasting experiences for technical organizations. ValaRae received her B.S. in environmental engineering from UGA in 2014 and her M.S. in environmental engineering from Vanderbilt in 2016.
