Four UGA engineering alumni were honored as members of the “2013 Class of Bulldog 100” January 26 at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta. The event celebrates the designation, which recognizes the 100 fastest growing businesses owned and operated by UGA alumni.
Engineering alumni honored and their rankings are:
Ranked 7th:
Rory Singer, ’99, B.S., Biological Engineering
Adam Singer, ’98 and ’07, B.S. and M.S., Biological Engineering
Ranked 66th:
D. Timothy Campbell, ’84 and ’85, B.S. and M.S., Agricultural Engineering
Ranked 87th:
Tracy Eugene Stanley, ’92, B.S., Agricultural Engineering
A program of the UGA Alumni Association, Bulldog 100 awards the 100 fastest growing businesses each year. Companies are rated by “Compounded Annual Growth Rate” of revenues for the last three years. All qualified businesses meet the following criteria:
• in business for five years or more
• verifiable revenues of $100,000 or more for the previous calendar year
• CEO, president, managing partner or owner is a former UGA student and owns at least 50 percent of the business
• operates in a manner consistent with the Pillars of the Arch and in keeping with the values and image of the University of Georgia
