Dr. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, with a focus on improving and utilizing pavement management systems using big data, machine learning, and IoT. After conducting research at a government-funded research institute in South Korea, he recently moved to the U.S. and began working as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Limited Term Instructor at UGA.
