Why did you choose UGA? I grew up as a dawg fan, but I can confidently say, with only a little bias, that UGA is the happiest place on earth. I had such high expectations for Athens; everyone I knew from home, everyone I met when I visited, and every alum that I spoke to was so welcoming and had such good things to say about the university. I could tell that the dawg community was enthusiastic and committed before I even set foot on campus, and it was something that I wanted to be a part of.
Favorite memory as a Bulldog Engineer? I was studying with a few friends late one night at Driftmier for a chem test when one of our friends who has access to the FabLab asked us if we wanted to drive the motorcycle he made out of a bike in the FabLab around Driftmier. I gave it a try and made a few laps around the parking lot; it was definitely a really fun study break!
