Operations General Manager, Caterpillar Inc.

Errol leads Caterpillar’s manufacturing operations in Athens, Georgia, a position he has held since January 2021. Caterpillar’s Athens facility produces tractors and mini-excavators.

In addition to working with Caterpillar for seven years, Errol’s 25 years of experience includes positions with Ford Motor Company, TE Connectivity, Wacker Neuson and independent consulting. His expertise includes manufacturing operations, supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, and large capital project management.

Errol’s educational background includes a bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering and a master’s of science in engineering management. He is currently pursuing an executive MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
