Why did you choose UGA? I knew I wanted to stay in Georgia and study engineering. I am very fortunate that my brother was already attending UGA as I was nearing the end of high school, and I was able to come and visit him a few times. Stories from my brother and those few visits allowed me to experience the social atmosphere, culture, and bounds of opportunities this school has to offer. These were truly that factors that won me over to UGA as opposed to other programs in the state. Also, having an amazing football team doesn’t hurt either!

Favorite memory as a Bulldog Engineer?  My favorite memory as a Bulldog Engineering was a spontaneous trip to Snelling after finishing a big engineering project my freshman year. Unfortunately, my engineering friends that lived right around me and I were not allowed to be in the same group, but we were all working on our projects as the same time. I was finishing up my project at the last minute as I heard noises in the hall around me. As I submitted the project and leaned back in my chair with relief, my engineering friends busted in the door and we made our journey to Snelling. It was a great ending to the hard work we each put into our projects, and we sat there for hours talking about everything and anything.
