Senior Associate, Lighthouse Consulting Group

Hailey Morelli is a Senior Associate at Lighthouse Consulting Group. In this role, she advises an array of clients in the construction industry on cost, schedule, and disputes.

Hailey previously worked for Gilbane Building Company as an Operations Excellence Engineer. She gained experience on high-rise residential building construction and performed project health assessments to analyze risk and assure other projects in the southeast region were on track for success.

Hailey graduated from the University of Georgia College of Engineering in 2017 where she gave the student commencement address. While working toward her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, she was a Student Ambassador, Experiential Programs Intern, and part of the Executive Boards for American Society of Civil Engineers and Society of Women Engineers. Since graduating, Hailey has mentored multiple engineering students through the UGA Mentor Program and served as the inaugural Chair of the UGA College of Engineering Alumni Board.
