Why did you choose UGA? My decision to come to UGA was driven by its amazing faculty members! I originally decided to enlist in the Air Force, being so close to it my whole life. However, my plans changed when I met a UGA college recruiter who heavily urged me to apply. On acceptance, I was welcomed into the first-year scholars cohort, wherein I joined an amazing family that enriched both my technical and professional skills.
Favorite Memory as a Bulldog Engineer? My favorite memory is definitely leading IEEE’s first-year council. As a first-year student, I always wanted to create a path that enabled our future engineers. The council allowed me to animate that dream, and be a teacher to students I was formerly in the shoes of.
