Why did you choose UGA? UGA is the only school I applied to as I initially wanted to go to trade school because I thought it would be more affordable and better for me career wise. I am so glad I chose to go here, I didn’t realize that there was a really great support system here for first-gen students like myself. I was so inspired by the engineering community here and decided towards my full potential. The campus is beautiful and I have grown to love Athens outside of campus.
