Noah Fornuto

Engineering Student Ambassador

Pronouns: He/Him

Major: Civil Engineering

Hometown: Woodstock, GA

Class: 2nd year

Fun Fact: I was born in Boston, Massachusets.

Why did you choose UGA? I chose UGA because when I was touring different schools and trying to find my home for the next four years of my life, I was drawn to the campus in Athens and thought it might be a good fit. My older brother had attended the university and going to see him on the weekends for games and other events had me sold on attending UGA because of how much fun I would have on those trips. The exposure I recieved to the community surrounding athens, the campus, and the variety of things to get involved in on campus told me that UGA was the place to be.

Favorite Memory as a Bulldog Engineer? My fondest memory being a Bulldog Engineer would be attending the American Society of Civil Engineering conference my freshman year with people I have never met and having an awesome time competing in competitions, meeting new people, and making some of the friends I still keep in touh with to this day.
