Lean Deployment Strategy Manager, Caterpillar, Inc.

Todd Henry is the Lean Deployment Strategy Manager for Caterpillar, Inc. Previously, he served as the first plant manager for Caterpillar’s North American facility in Athens, Georgia. As the first plant manager, Henry directed the construction, start-up and operations of this manufacturing site. He joined Caterpillar in 2006 as Plant Manager for the Building Construction Products Division’s facility in Clayton, N.C., where he received numerous company awards. Prior to his affiliation with Caterpillar, Henry worked for the Modine Manufacturing Company in Racine, Wisconsin; Toledo, Ohio; and Blythewood, South Carolina. A native of Walkerton, Indiana, Henry graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology.
