The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering will be hosting the second ECE Student Research and Activities Expo this April 18th from 4-6pm in Driftmier 1240.

Undergraduate and graduate students will showcase their research, and student clubs and organizations will be invited to share what they do. The event is free and open to the public.

Students and student organizations are invited to register to give a poster, table display or demo. Click to register!

Guidelines for Expo Presenters:

1. Posters should measure no more than 48 inches wide x 36 inches high. It can be smaller but must be readable from at least three feet away.
   • Poster should be in LANDSCAPE orientation (horizontal), not PORTRAIT.
   • The following should be prominently displayed by your poster:
     • Research/Presentation title
     • Student author(s)
     • Faculty research mentor(s)
     • Institution (UGA)
     • Include the ECE logo.

2. Posters will be displayed on foam core boards on a trifold easel provided by CENGR. Push pins will be provided to secure your poster.
3. Posters must be displayed and ready for viewing by 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024 in the Delta Lobby of Driftmier Engineering.
4. Table displays are available for student organizations and clubs. Please fill out the registration to indicate your needs and dimensions.
5. Presenters must be available to discuss their presentations from 4-6 p.m. Business casual attire is suggested. If available, faculty mentors should also plan to attend and be prepared to help discuss their student’s research. Posters should be removed by 6:45pm. Participants may keep their posters.
6. When you arrive, pick up your name tag at the registration table.
