Jenna Jambeck, an assistant professor in the University of Georgia College of Engineering, is featured in this week’s edition of “Focus on Faculty” on the UGA website.
“Being active in research means I can bring current environmental engineering issues into my classes—from the projects I offer to the students in sophomore design, to the issues we discuss in urban systems, to the current events we study in energy and environmental policy,” said Jambeck. “It keeps the classroom experience dynamic, which benefits everyone.”
