UGA Engineering alumni honored at 2024 Bulldog 100 Celebration

The University of Georgia Alumni Association recognized the fastest-growing companies owned or led by UGA alumni during the 15th annual Bulldog 100 Celebration Feb. 9 in the West End Zone of Sanford Stadium.  

Among the businesses featured on the 2024 list, five were owned or led by UGA Engineering alumni, ranked based on their three-year compounded annual growth rates:

Before the evening’s celebration, the Bulldog 100 honorees participated as judges of a Shark Tank-style student competition, “Best In Show.” Students presented their capstone projects to the panel of honorees.

The competing student teams and their projects were:

Child Development Center Site Development Plan – Robins Air Force Base
Brianna Hutcheson, Grant Tomlinson, Muska Alemi

While all three teams delivered impressive pitches, the Fleet Electrification team came out on top with their outstanding presentation and compelling proposal.
